Trinity Park is one of many attractions in Fort Worth’s cultural district and is another portion of the Fort Worth Trinity Trails System. It’s centrally located between the Trinity River and Fort Worth’s public museums and gardens.
Trinity Park has trails, playgrounds, and there’s even a miniature train ride that circles the entire park. Take this route to see what all Fort Worth Trinity Park has to offer!

- Start at Trinity Park Duck Pond
- Move through Trinity Park Basketball Court
- Head south along Trinity Park Dr and University Park Dr
- Run back north on Trinity River to starting point
The Run
Start your run at the Trinity Park Duck Pond and move east through the park. You’ll run right into the Trinity River Trail.
Run through the basketball court under the Lancaster Ave bridge, then head west through the park towards Trinity Park Dr. You’ll pass through Cottonwood Dr and the miniature train tracks. Just follow the trail signs along the way!
Run south along Trinity Park Dr until you run into another trail that connects to University Park Dr. Keep running south on University Park Dr right back to the Trinity River.
When you make it back to the Trinity River, take the trail north back to your starting point.
