Free Kettlebell Workouts on YouTube

We’re still social distancing, and running is a great excuse to get some fresh air. Plus, you don’t need to buy any special equipment (hopefully you have a good pair of shoes) to start running. Why should you buy kettlebells?

Cross-training is smart to do on days you’re resting those running muscles. Strength training has proved to reduce injury and improve running form, especially kettlebell workouts. They might seem expensive, but you only need one kettlebell to get a great burn.

Here’s a short list of awesome personalities on YouTube that share free kettlebell workouts.
